Everything Cantiks offers convenience to easily return your purchased items within seven (7) days upon purchased; or receiving our parcel (for website or other online channel). The delivery fee for the reverse shipment will be borne by the customers.

We reserve the right to deny any exchange or refund request if the items / goods do not meet our Exchange & Return policy guidelines. Exchange or Refund will ONLY be made if the returned item(s) met the Return policy below.

You will NOT be entitled to an exchange or returns if any of the following applies:

i) The goods returned are found to be not faulty or damaged and it correctly corresponds to the description displayed on our website and in your order.

ii) The goods are not returned in accordance with our Exchange & Return policy,

ii) The goods are not returned within the stipulated time period. If so, the goods will be sent back to you at your cost.

 

A. Exchange :

OPTION 1: RETURN VIA DROP-OFF at Everything Cantiks HQ

The easiest way to return your item(s) purchased online is by dropping it off at Everything Cantiks HQ, Kota Damansara. To return item(s), kindly ensure the returned item(s) is in original condition with a box (if any). Please follow the steps below for your returns: 

i) DM us at Whatapps, Instagram or Facebook.

ii) Tell us the reason for the exchange together with a photo of proof.

iii) Provide your information: Name, Order No., Email, & Mobile Number.

iv) Select your date and time for arrangement.

v) Drop off the parcel at our HQ and exchange items with the same price amount (subject to availability). If the new item is of a higher price, you will pay for the difference in amount, if the new item is of a lower price, there is NO cash refund provided.

OPTION 2 : RETURN VIA COURIER

Alternatively, you can also return the item(s) via courier of your choice to Everything Cantiks HQ, Kota Damansara. Ship the item(s) to:

Again, to return item(s), kindly ensure the returned item(s) is in original condition with a box (if any). Please follow the steps below for your returns:

i) DM us at Whatsapp, Instagram or Facebook.

ii) Tell us the reason for the exchange together with a photo of proof.

iii) Enter your information: Name, Order No., Email, & Mobile Number.

iv) Send us the tracking number of the shipping item(s).

v) You can only exchange item(s) with the same price amount (subject to availability) and we will only ship the exchange item(s) after we have received your parcel. if the new item is of a higher price, you will pay for the difference in amount, if the new item is of a lower price, there is NO cash refund provided.

 

B. Return & Refund :

Do note that this Return method will send your parcel back to our Everything Cantiks HQ (address stated above) and we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be made to your original mode of payment if the returned item(s) met the Return Policy requirements above. Please be informed that our Customer Care Center will contact you further for additional information. Refunds might take longer than 3 business days if there is a delay in reply. Exchange is only allowed for the same item. If that item is out of stock, you can choose a different online item to exchange: if the new item is of a higher price, you will pay for the difference in amount, if the new item is of a lower price, there is NO cash refund provided.
